Working as a chef for over thirty years, from owning restaurants and catering businesses and now to being the head chef at Milestone Events. Marion Janes love for cooking is still made evident in her beautiful food. With two now grown up children their childhoods always included a full fridge and beautiful home cooked meals with plenty of left overs! They still comment on the full fridge and copious amounts of leftovers regardless of it just being Marion Jane and husband Miles at home.
Living and travelling around the world enhanced Marion Janes love for different flavours and how to combine her traditional family style meals with exotic style food and modern cuisine. Marion Jane decided that she should share her love and passion for cooking through teaching, she said that “regardless of skill level, age and knowledge good food comes from heart”
